If your Fannie Mae loan has already been reviewed for a workout option and you wish to escalate your case for further review, please call (800) 306-2228 and ask for Kathaleen Houser, our escalation specialist. We will acknowledge the escalation of your case within three business days of receipt, and we will provide written documentation of the resolution of your escalated case within fifteen calendar days of receipt. In some circumstances we may have to extend your resolution date an additional fifteen calendar days, in which instance we will notify you immediately of the extension. If your loan has already been referred for foreclosure, we will expedite the processing of your escalated case, though we may be unable to postpone the foreclosure sale date if it is within fifteen days of the receipt of your case.
