1. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter CentreBank’s Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”), you must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age, or above the age of majority in the state in which you reside. Contest is open to customers and non-customers. Winners must pick up their prize from one of CentreBank’s physical branch locations.
2. Term: Sweepstakes begins and ends at the specified date and/or time outlined in the Sweepstakes’ rules. Entries made before or after the official term of the Sweepstakes are void.
3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited. Entrants must complete all steps outlined in the Sweepstakes’ entry rules. Any entries that are considered incomplete or do not meet entry requirements are void. CentreBank reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not adhere to all published entry rules.
4. Prize Description(s): Refer to the Sweepstakes’ rules for prize description(s).
5. Limit: Entries are limited to one per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winner(s) will be selected by chance in a random drawing from all eligible entries received
during the Sweepstakes period.
7. Winner Notification: Winner(s) will be notified directly by CentreBank, via direct message from CentreBank’s official Facebook page or any other direct method of contact from CentreBank and/or its employees and representatives. Please report and do not engage with any fake accounts or suspicious messages. CentreBank will never ask for personal information in regard to the Sweepstakes. If prize is not claimed within fifteen (15) calendar days of notification by CentreBank, an alternative potential winner will be selected by a new drawing.
8. Winner Acknowledgement: CentreBank holds the right to publicize winner(s) names on the official Facebook page and any other means of publication.
Permission for publication of winner name(s) is granted at time of Sweepstakes entry. In addition, CentreBank holds the right to publicize likenesses of the winner(s), typically but not always, in the form of photographs.
9. Disclaimers: CentreBank is not liable for any e-mail, printing, or posting errors, technical failures, etc. in relation to Sweepstakes.

11. General: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. All entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook account or other mode of entry at the time of entry, and any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder and/or show identification via issued driver’s license or other oicial documentation. By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, each entrant releases CentreBank and their employees from any and all liability, whether directly or indirectly, for all injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of, or in connection with possession, acceptance, enjoyment, use/misuse of prize or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes; and entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
